Purchases of digital products from HIVER are final. Once a digital item has been delivered or access has been granted, it cannot be returned or revoked in the same way as a physical product. For this reason, we do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed.

If a technical issue occurs that prevents proper access or use of the digital product, we will review the case and ensure that access functions as intended.
